  2. Thanks Chara! Indeed this is a very interesting illustration of today’s markets. Word of mouth is so strong (and so easily accessible through online channels), that its effect is amplified. And given the abundance of choices across channels, the importance of our “fellow” consumers’ suggestions are becoming more crucial than ever.
